Maa Durgra International’s management team is responsible for managing business aspects of the firm, including finance, strategic direction, human resources and new business development. Senior managers are from business or from a creative background. The company with a strong creative reputation has appointed high-profile creative director to head the agency as part of its positioning in the industry.

Account Servicing:
The account service department of MDI comprises account executives, account managers and account directors and is responsible for liaising with the agency's many clients. This department is the link between the many departments within the agency, and the clients.

Creative:
Creative is the engine or life blood of Maa Durga International, because the creative department is responsible for the product and an ad agency is only as good as the ads the creative department puts out. This department is responsible for handling payment of salaries, benefits, vendor costs, travel, day-to-day business costs and everything else you'd expect from doing business.

Thats why production department of MDI can manage anything from getting original photography or illustration produced, working with printers, hiring typographers and TV directors, and a myriad of other disciplines needed to get an ad campaign published.

HR department of MDI is just like care taker of the company and the employees. It looks after the new recritument for the company and also employee’s time to time performances and manage a refreshing and friendly atmosphere, which results an effective output for the business.
